False-positive handling is also addressed, ensuring that important messages aren’t lost in the process.
Get more accurate email filtering
CloudFilter email filtering handles messages more intelligently, so there are fewer false positives. When questionable messages are held, CloudFilter users get a notification that lets them preview, deliver the message, and whitelist the sender so potentially important messages are no longer buried.
Improve quarantine visibility
CloudFilter gives a big upgrade to standard built-in spam filtering, giving every user detailed visibility into what messages were held with insightful analytics and filtering statistics. Now it’s possible for users to see easy-to-read and understand details about the security of a message, so they can be 100% sure it’s safe to release to their inbox.
Microsoft 365 Backup & Archiving
While Microsoft provides basic protection for data stored in Microsoft 365, such as 90-day recycle bins, it is crucial to note that their coverage is limited. For instance, if an email or file was deleted over 90 days ago, or if it was manually deleted from the recycle bin, it cannot be restored. Additionally, as per Microsoft’s Service Agreement (Sec.6b), in case of a system outage, they do not ensure retrieval of the data or content that you have stored. Therefore, Microsoft recommends regular backup using third-party backup solutions to bridge this gap.

Microsoft provides built-in reports and alerts when Microsoft 365 policies are violated, but few of these are turned on by default and they require continuous monitoring. That’s why we offer our customers monitoring for their Microsoft 365 tenants using a combination of both Microsoft integrated reports and 3rd party tools, which provide supplemental capabilities to ensure that any breaches are caught and stopped as quickly as possible.
